The project's meetings are held every 2 months (previously quarterly). These meetings are set up so that the main developers and other interested people can attend and see what is going on with the project and we can discuss any issues surrounding development of this project.
The meetings are held on the second Saturday of alternate months at 12:30 to 13:30 US Eastern Time. The recurring meeting ICS file is circulated on the discuss-gnustep mailing list. They are conducted online as a video/audio call using a Jitsi meeting: https://meet.jit.si/TheatricalNecessitiesFormulateNotably
